Our Postnatal Services

So you've had your baby, your body is your own once more but it looks a bit different than it did before you got pregnant. Don't despair, help is at hand.

Catering for all levels of fitness, the postnatal sessions involve cardiovascular, strength and flexibility work to regain pelvic stability, prevent back pain, help you cope with the daily demands of looking after children, and of course get back into shape!

You can attend once you've had your postnatal check up and up until baby is around 24 months. Both sessions offer a guilt free way of exercising. Baby comes too so mum doesn't have to find a creche or even pay for one!

Mummy and Me Group Personal Training

A small group session where you are guaranteed to see the same faces every week. You receive your own home program and exercise band as mums are encouraged to work out together in between the sessions. The one hour session is followed by important social time where we feed babies, grab a drink and have a natter. Mums can attend following their postnatal check-up, and with babies up to 2 years.

  • Includes Resistance Band, Postnatal exercise information pack, Home Program and Weekly Targets
  • Trial Session £10, but receive £10 off your first course
  • 8 week course (1x60 minute session per week)
  • Pay for 6 sessions in advance, so if you miss a couple, you don't lose out, but if you can attend either of the extra 2, they are £12.50 each
  • Ask about paying by standing order for a reduced price
  • Mondays 10:00am, Priory Park, Chichester
  • Fridays 10:00am, Chichester Marina

When Can I Start Exercising?

As with all Baby Starfish programs, you will be required to complete a full health screening questionnaire to assess your suitability for the classes. You can attend once you've had your postnatal check up and up until baby is around 24 months. Call us for more information and advice.
