Baby Starfish works with you for a fitter healthier pregnancy, to be confident about labour, have a healthy baby and regain your physique.

We hold antenatal and postnatal fitness sessions, to enable you to exercise safely and effectively whilst in a supportive group environment. Every pregnancy, childbirth and baby is different so we work with you in small groups to give you personal attention and a tailored program to suit your individual situation. antenatal exercise

Antenatal Challenge

Many of us are afraid that exercise will harm our unborn baby and are unsure what we can do. You body goes through many changes during pregnancy which at times can make even the thought of exercising feel like hard work. postnatal exercise

Postnatal Challenge

After baby is born women are, understandably, anxious to get back into shape. What with the sleep deprivation, the feeds and having to find a sitter, the odds of doing some effective exercise and eating the right things, are stacked against us.

What makes us different?

  • Sessions are specifically designed for the physical and emotional needs of pregnant and post natal women.
  • We work in small groups so you receive personal attention.
  • Our Personal Trainer is an experienced pre and post natal exercise specialist, a mother and an expecting mum.
  • The sessions are flexible enough to allow for missed sessions through illness, holiday, up-all-nighters and doctor appointments.
We offer a range of sessions to suit the financial situations associated with being on maternity leave. These are currently run for you near Chichester and Bognor Regis. They even make a good alternative to Toddler Group.
